• Hover-over information: All plots show additional information when the cursor is moved over the plotting area. Please note that if the plasmid records have similar or equal embedding or location coordinates only the information of one plasmid record can be shown; if the points overlap only partially zooming in can help to resolve this problem.
• The Krona plot (taxonomic composition) shows all plasmid records, records from INSDC only, and records from RefSeq only. Specific taxa can be searched by typing in the name in the search text field. Double-click on a chart section to examine a specific taxon.
