Help
Filter and search plasmids listed in the table by any column, e.g. topology, sequence length, and taxonomy. Advanced options can be used using the search icon.
The table can also be sorted by multiple columns (hold the CTRL while clicking on column headers).
Plots may be enabled with the button. All Visualizations, with the exception of the Krona plot (taxonomic composition), will be updated based on the filtering results. Render time changes with the number of filtered plasmids.
Download the filtered table or sequences using the respective download buttons. The entire table with additional data can be found here.
Pull down two selected plasmids and compare their sequences using the three designated buttons.

Help
By clicking on a row in the table the corresponding point in the 2D embedding plot and the world map (if location coordinates are available) will be highlighted.
Embedding and world map plots: To zoom in click into the plotting area, hold the mouse button and move to selec the area, then release the button.
A "Reset zoom" button will appear if you want to restore the original resolution.
Hover-over information: All plots show additional information when the cursor is moved over the plotting area.
Please note that if the plasmid records have similar or equal embedding or location coordinates only the information of one plasmid record can be shown;
if the points overlap only partially zooming in can help to resolve this problem.
The Krona plot (taxonomic composition) shows all plasmid records, records from INSDC only, and records from RefSeq only.
Specific taxa can be searched by typing in the name in the search text field.
Double-click on a chart section to examine a specific taxon.
